My aim is to empower creators; vloggers, students, streamers, editors, and cozy-vibe storytellers, while keeping things fair.

Non-Commercial Creator Licence (Free Use + BeatStars .WAV Option)

The RhythMetz Free Use Licence and BeatStars “High Quality (.WAV)” licence both support non-commercial creators who want to use lo-fi music safely and legally.
These licences are ideal for content that is monetised through platforms (like YouTube ads) but not paid for or sponsored by a brand.

  • YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch videos made for entertainment, education, or personal expression, including monetised YouTube channels.
  • Personal, student, or community projects.
  • Livestreams or podcasts without sponsorships or brand deals.

❌ Not Allowed (Commercial Use):

  • Sponsored, paid, or brand-affiliated videos.
  • Advertising, marketing, or promotional campaigns.
  • Uploading to Spotify, Apple Music, or other DSPs.
  • Projects earning revenue through sales, paid promotion, or product marketing.
  • Any resale, redistribution, or registration in Content ID systems.

If your project involves a brand, sponsorship, paid promotion, or commercial release, you’ll need to upgrade to a Commercial Licence (see below).

For artists, brands, and professional creators who need to use RhythMetz music in sponsored content, ads, podcasts, or on streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, etc.).

Users who download or use RhythMetz music under a Free Use Licence receive permission to feature the track in their non-commercial content only.
This permission does not transfer ownership, authorship, or copyright.

Purchasing any RhythMetz BeatStars licences also does not grant ownership or copyright.
However, it does grant extended creative rights, allowing you to:

  • Free and paid licences grant permission to use, not to own, the music.
  • All copyrights and publishing rights remain the property of RhythMetz.
  • Purchasing a BeatStars licence extends your creative rights but does not transfer authorship.
  • You may not register any RhythMetz track in Content ID, claim ownership, or redistribute it.

You may not:
